The book 141-221 boulevard MacDonald 75019 Paris describes the Paris City’s plan to convert the MacDonald warehouse. The book falls into four main sections, each one examining an aspect of architecture: scale, conversion, complexity and diversity. This theoretical and scientific study was supported by drawings, images and texts. The highly varied types of illustration called for clear and simple handling: text is kept separate from image and the bilingual text appears in a single font size. The title of the book stretches around the three faces of the cover, recalling the elongated form of the warehouse.
