Back Cover magazine, dedicated to graphic design, typography and visual arts was created in 2005 by Alexandre Dimos and Gaël Étienne. They jointly directed edition of issues 1 to 5. Through this publication, they intended to create a space for debate, a thinking tool that would complete the inquiries emerging from design practice. Thus, each article answers these inquiries, and constitutes over the several publications, a meaningful corpus. Studio art directs and designs each issue. On covers appear quotations from every writer.
